Returns Information

Adult Diaper Harnesses cannot be returned for a refund, but they can be returned to us for resizing as necessary within 30 days of delivery. If your Adult Diaper Harness is too small, long, etc you may return it to us and we will either fix it or replace it (if we deem necessary) for free. We will also send it back to you First Class mail with no charge for re-shipping. Please wash your harness before sending it in for resizing. For sanitary and health reasons, we can not accept any harness that is dirty or soiled.

Walking Harnesses cannot be returned for a refund, but they can be returned to us for resizing as necessary within 30 days of delivery. If your Walking Harness is too small, long, etc you may return it to us and we will either fix it or replace it (if we deem necessary) for free. We will also send it back to you First Class mail with no charge for re-shipping. Please wash your harness before sending it in for resizing. For sanitary and health reasons, we can not accept any harness that is dirty or soiled.

Baby and Intermediate Diaper Harnesses cannot be returned for resizing because by the time we receive the return, fix it, and send it back, it will no longer fit your young fowl. If you have ordered a Baby or Intermediate Diaper Harness and it did not fit on the first try, you can send it back to us with 30 days of delivery for a refund only if the harness is unsoiled and not washed. For sanitary reasons, we can not accept any harness that is dirty, soiled, or has been washed. All Baby and Intermediate Harnesses come with a washable mark on the inside of the butt pouch that must be present on all returned unsoiled harnesses for a refund/credit. To help keep your harness clean while trying it on for the first time, make sure your fowl is clean/bathed and has recently pooped. To return a Baby or

Poultry Shoes cannot be returned for a refund, but they can be returned for a new size within 30 days of delivery if they are unsoiled and not washed. For sanitary and health reasons, we can not accept any item that is dirty, soiled, or has been washed. All Poultry Shoes come with a washable mark on the Ankle Cuff that must be present on all returned unsoiled Poultry Shoes to receive a new size. To help keep your Poultry Shoes clean while trying them on for the first time, do so after your fowl has pooped (or is diapered) and make sure your fowl’s feet are clean.

Poultry Leashes and Poultry Pillows can not be returned, unless they are defective upon delivery. Defective items will be fixed or replaced. If you believe your item is defective please contact us at questions@indoorducks.com within 14 days of delivery.
